I have been a musician for 30 years and hold a BM in Music Theory and Composition from UNC, where I also studied guitar with internationally renowned guitarist Jonathan Leathwood.

Over the years, the most effective teachers I have had all displayed patience, rapt attention to my progress, and knew when and where to apply pressure to help me move forward. I seek to be that teacher for every student.
